RFQ - Door Knocking Solicitation

The Center for New York City Neighborhoods is seeking a vendor to provide Homeowner Canvassing Services for the Residential Technical Assistance Pilot Program (RTAPP) which will involve conducting community outreach via door-knocking to engage the community to apply to Home Resiliency Audit Program. Deadline has been extended to 3/20/18.

RFQ - Network Advisor Program

The Network Advisor program that the Center administers is a training and technical assistance program that leverages institutional network expertise to encourage and support network building and peer-to-peer learning across organizations. The aim of this program is to not only build individual organizational capacity, but to strengthen the network and its homeowner services and engagement through increased knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Inspection Services RFP

The Center is seeking a qualified vendor under the Residential Backwater Valve Installation (RBVI) Program to provide quality control and inspection services for minor rehabilitation projects that will include the installation of approximately 400 sewer backwater valves and appurtenant work in 1-4 unit homes in eligible NYC neighborhoods.

The Center is seeking plumbing vendors to enter into its Pre-Qualified Vendor Pool under the Residential Backwater Valve Installation (RBVI) Program. Selected vendors will be eligible to bid on contracts to install sewer backwater valves and complete appurtenant work in eligible 1-4 unit homes in certain New York City neighborhoods.
